How affiliate links are handled
The Amazon Associates tag preserved from the original site export is aig01d-20. Verified product URLs are retained. When the old export contained an unresolved placeholder ASIN, the static rebuild uses the same tagged Amazon search fallback rather than a dead product page.
Other retailers
The original export also contained Masienda links prepared for Awin, but the publisher and merchant IDs were still marked PENDING. Those buttons stay inactive until valid affiliate details are available.
